Mission Statement
The Mount Shasta Chamber of Commerce is a non-profit organization dedicated to developing and promoting trade and tourism in the Mount Shasta area for the benefit of our members and the citizens of our community.

Welcome to the online extension of the Mt. Shasta Chamber of Commerce. We are here to serve your needs. As a visitor, we welcome you and are here to provide information and guidance. As a resident, we are here to support the community in a variety of ways. And as a business, we're here to support you through our many member benefits. Board of Directors
The Board of Directors includes representatives from all sectors of our membership. Please feel free to communicate with any or all of them to express your concerns or wishes in terms of Chamber direction.
Board Meetings
The Board of Directors of the Mt. Shasta Chamber of Commerce meets the 1st Thursday of each month at Lalo's Restaurant at 12 noon unless otherwise posted. Those wishing to address the Board must notify the Chamber office at least one week prior to the meeting date to be placed on the agenda.

Volunteers
The Chamber could not function without the gracious help of many, many people. Our volunteers provide many hours of services so that we might better serve the community. We can use your unique abilities and services as well! If you would be interested in volunteering at the Mt. Shasta Chamber of Commerce contact Executive Director .
Chamber Committees
All Chamber members are urged to actively participate in our many activities. Volunteer for a committee, help out in special events, spend a few hours at the Chamber or contribute a service or some goods. We have several committees in which we invite your participation.
Special Events
The Chamber Director and staff organize and implement the Fourth of July celebration, the Christmas Tree Lighting and other activities of a general community service nature that the committee shall create. .
Visitors Bureau
Chairperson: V.P. of the Visitors' Bureau, Cindy Corrales
The purpose of this committee is to create and support events and activities that enhance tourism opportunities in the greater Mt. Shasta area. Developing a long-range plan and implementing strategies, insuring that visitors are provided with a welcoming, safe, and informative experience in an environment that properly reflects the Chamber and its members. .
Community Service
The Chamber is a vital part of the community, sponsoring many events that contribute to our excellent lifestyle. These events include:

Summit Century Bike Ride
Cool Mountain Nights
Christmas Tree Lighting and Merchants Open House
Awards Banquet
In addition, the Chamber maintains a local calendar of events, provides a free ticket service for many events, and is a resource center for new and growing businesses and visitors.
